We did a lot of research on line prior to buying. We found Fun Town's website the most useful. There are 50-60 pictures of each RV, specifications, videos, brochures, window stickers and best of all - great prices. Gary and I just want to say that Michael Hartley is a wonderful person and sales person. We shopped around and received very little communication from the other dealer's sales people. Even when going into the dealerships it took a few minutes to have anyone come up and offer to help us. We almost purchased from a local dealership but they dropped the ball by not getting back with us when they promised with our financing options. Other places I sent emails to never responded back but Michael responded to me within 30 minutes or less. He kept in constant communication with myself or my husband. He showed kindness and compassion through the whole process, never pressing us or making us feel uncomfortable. He even worked it out for us to take home our new RV when it didn't look like things would work out as soon as we had hoped. We almost didn't come to your dealership because of a derogatory remark from someone else, but that remark also inflamed my indignation that someone would sink that low to make a sale.
